Will my shipping and handling charge be reimbursed on return?

We can refund shipping and handling in three cases only: if the item you purchase from us is defective, if it is damaged in shipping, or if we mistakenly send you an item other than what you ordered.

Merchandise should be returned in its original condition and/or packaging (unless it has proven defective). Please keep in mind that there is no such thing as an indestructible dog toy.

We recommend that merchandise be returned via carriers that offer package tracking or delivery confirmation. Please retain your tracking receipt for reference.

When will my refund be credited?

Refunds will be credited upon return of merchandise in its original condition and to the account used in making the original purchase. We will notify you by e-mail when your refund has been processed. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
